What is your minimum order?

Minimum order quantity is 12 dozen, or 144 hats. This quantity can be broken down to as little as 24 pieces per color. In addition, you may order as few as 48 pieces per design. Reorders only require a 48-piece minimum.

Can I provide my own graphic to be embroidered?

Customers can provide graphics at no charge. Graphics may be provided in digital form or hard copy. Providing graphic in Adobe Illustrator(TM), DST or EPS digital form will generate the best results.

What is your minimum order on custom woven labels?

When you choose a menu style that offers custom woven labels as front graphics, side graphics, private labels, sandwich labels, sweatband taping and/or seam taping, PUKKA® will produce these labels in 48 piece minimums.

What is your lead-time?

All orders placed during any week are scheduled with production for shipment 30 days from the date of approval.

What method of payment do you accept?

PUKKA® accepts either checks made out to PUKKA®, Inc. or payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit cards.

My club has a very detailed logo. Can you help me?

You bet we can! PUKKA® builds its caps from scratch. The embroidery is completed on flat panels before the hat is pieced together. This technique greatly improves the embroidery quality and allows the ability to create and apply more detailed graphics. Using a woven label, which can provide extremely fine detail, is also an option on certain menu styles.

What materials do you use in constructing your hats?

Only the best! PUKKA® adjustable caps and visors are constructed of durable 9-ounce 100cotton polo twill for the perfect feel. Stretch-fit caps are made of stretch brushed twill, a fabric blend engineered for optimal comfort. The stretch fit caps also feature our patented A-Flex system, which employs a four-way stretch sweatband. For our visor boards, we use 2.6 mm impregnated memory poly, which stays the way you bend it. And of course our graphics are applied with only the best techniques and materials such as top-quality trilobal polyester thread.

What are your closure options on adjustable caps?

PUKKA® adjustable caps are offered in Velcro(TM) and metal buckle styles, however other closures are available at higher quantities.

Do you offer a volume discount?

Absolutely! Give us a call or contact a sales rep in your area to find out about any special pricing or discounts you may be qualified to receive.

Do you have junior sizes?

Yes, any of our adjustable caps styles can be ordered in junior sizes at no additional cost.

Do you offer a mesh-back trucker cap style?

Any Pukka™ adjustable cap style can be ordered as a trucker cap at no additional cost. Just as the rest of our headwear, Pukka’s trucker caps are the highest quality, best fitting and most comfortable in the industry.

Do you make a moister wicking cap?

Yes. We offer the ability to upgrade any PUKKA cap style with, A-MAX, a patented moister wicking material. Our A-MAX material is available in eight colors; white, black, red, navy, stone, royal, surplus and pink.
